An example of the route that we travel on, from Durban to Ndola and back is as follows:
a. Durban to Harrismith – N3,
b. Harrismith to Gauteng ( JHB) – N3 and lead onto the N1
c. JHB to Pietersburg – N1
d. Pietersburg to Musina N1.
All of these destinations will take the driver about 6 hours of travel. At this stage drivers are to stop and rest until they feel fit to proceed once again. Staying on the National road is the quickest and safest route to get from Durban to Musina and exit SA to Zimbabwe. We only use the toll roads.
Now, drivers will enter Zimbabwe via Beit Bridge. After being cleared through Customs and Excise, proceed once again as follows:
Transport via Chirundu Border
a. Beit Bridge to Harare- National Road A6
b. Harare to Chirundu Zimbabwe Border – National Road A8.
c. Chirundu Zimbabwe side to Chirundu Zambian Side – National Road A8.
Resting every hours and or whenever the drivers are tired. Once at the Chirundu Border cargo is cleared for importation into Zambia. This take 24 to 48 Hours. Driver rest during this period.
a. Chirundu to Lusaka – T2
b. Lusaka to Kabwe – T2
c. Kabwe to Kapiri Mposhi – T2
d. Kapiri Mposhi to Ndola – T2
Again staying on the National Roads only. If there are any other destination of delivery we will advise the drivers of the routing accordingly. Always planning routes before the driver start on his travels. All travelled route are monitored on our base station at the head office.
We travel crossborder into the following countries:
